Our mobile cocktail bartending service has numerous options to choose from. We offer licensed and insured TABC-certified bartenders up to champagne towers. What helps us stand out from the rest is we offer homemade simple syrups and a personally curated cocktail suited for your event. Our packages are completely customizable for your convenience. If you don't want to worry about going to the store, we got you; don't want to worry about picking up ice, we got you.
Our mobile cocktail bartending packages start from 100 guests to 300 guests and include a custom signature cocktail, cups, napkins, straws, garnishes, and a fruit-infused H20 station.
Have more than 300 guests? Perfect, we got you!
We are a family-run and operated business with six licensed and insured bartenders.
If you have less than 100, that’s ok, too! We enjoy serving small, intimate weddings and events.
We can formulate a package that suits your event needs.
We also have plenty of add-ons to choose from.

At Nine-40 events, we take pride in our cocktails!
Booked clients receive custom-curated cocktails with their package; we will discuss what suits you, your event, and your taste buds.
We then perfect the recipe and schedule a time for you to try a sample of the cocktail (if you want!) that we created together using your taste preference and our creativity!
Not only do we strive to use fresh ingredients, but we also create house-made simple syrups.

PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES

Available at our preferred venues only.
If you are a couple who loves to plan and has a great idea of what you want but wants to help bring it all together, you're in luck. You have all your vendors booked, and all the details of the day are secured. I'm here to help tie all the loose ends together and take over for the last eight weeks and the day of your event.
Three one-hour planning meetings ( you choose the meeting site by phone or by video conference)
Unlimited communication via text and email
One hour the day of or the day before rehearsal (Please Note: your venue may require an additional fee the day before)
Custom floor plan and seating chart assistance
Wedding Day Timeline
Create ceremony processional order with the Bride
10 hours of day of service - Lead Planner
Planner Assistant (6-8 hours) on wedding day - timeframe allotted by the lead planner
Coordinate private moments for bride and groom post-ceremony, including plating appetizers and drinks of choice for bride and groom (You need this!)
Assistance with cake cutting and plating bride & groom's cake serving only
Vendor communication on the timeline, arrival, and departures
One-hour final planning meeting one week before the event!
Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors.
Marriage license to the officiant.
Coordinate grand exit and distribute items to guests.

MONTH OF COORDINATION SERVICES

You have all your vendors booked, and all the details of the day have been decided on. I'm here to help tie all the loose ends together and take over for the last four weeks and the day of your event.

What is it?
You select three of your favorite flavors, and we bring the FRESH Rita bar to serve at your wedding or event as an additional option for your mobile cocktail bartending service.
The Rita Bar includes mixers and garnishes - it does not include the Tequila!
